We often know what we need to do in order to loose weight and have a healthy lifestyle but sometimes we can find this very difficult to do and keep on doing.

 

There are many reasons why some of us find it difficult to stay at a healthy weight.  It might be forgetting to stop eating when full, eating the wrong foods, bad planning or it could be a life time of conditioning from your mother to clean your plate or being given food as a comfort or a treat ever since you can remember.  What ever it is that could be causing the unwanted behaviour we can get to the bottom of it and mould the therapy to your particular needs.

Food is necessary to live but it can also taste great and give us much pleasure so we often turn to food if we are feeling anxious or depressed.  If we do this too often we can end up being depressed and stressed about the way we look, often lowering  our confidence and self esteem.
